Day 39m: Back on the smoother Path … (05/23/20190

While mountains provide the grander view, their valleys offer the more traversable roads … Such was the case today after I descended the previously mentioned steep & stony path to enter & cross the flat plain leading to the city of Yenne; a beautiful river-side way that was as soft underfoot & easy on the hips as it was soft on the mind & easy on the eyes … 😀

“I have been finding treasures in places I did not want to search and have been listening to wisdom from tongues I did not want to hear. I have been finding beauty where I did not want to look and have learned much from journeys I did not want to take. As such, O Gracious One, I ask your forgiveness; for I have been closing my ears and eyes for far too long. Now that I have set forth and immersed myself in life I have learned that miracles are only called miracles because they are witnessed by those still drownings in life’s advertised illusions of normal & regular. Now I am walking freely across the face of your Earth, and am thus fully ready to see what really exists on every side and taste all of life’s proffered fruits — instead of merely those taught to be proper and safe and plump and ripe.” ~ via Suzy Kassem
