“He will lead you both back to the Truth … He will feed you the Truth, if you sincerely want it.”
Yes – this, at least, is true for all of us. If we ever decide to seek, we will indeed find. And yet you & yours cannot hope to truly seek The Way of Christ, my dear, until you stop blindly following the deceitful dogmas of man!
Indeed, the Holy Spirit within you already knows that it is wrong to arrogantly claim sole ownership of the Bible’s interpretation – and that it is Right to open your mind (and thereby open your Heart) to the deeper wisdoms of the Scriptures instead (see Matthew 18:3-4, Luke 12:57, Romans 2:14-15, 1 Thessalonians 5:21, Hebrews 4:12 et al) … and the Spirit of Truth within you already knows that it is wrong to hypocritically condemn the sins of others while simultaneously sinning yourself – and that it is Right to spend your reflective time & energy cleaning your own cup instead (see Luke 6:41-42, Matthew 7:3-5, Matthew 23:25-26, John 8:7 et al) … and the Advocate Within you already knows that it is wrong to call out a certain group of individuals for special condemnation (based in the bigoted rejection of who they innately are &/or how they were born to be) and that it is Right for us all to reach out in Kindness to all the others in our midst (especially those we have deemed “least deserving” of the same – see Matthew 5:44-48, Luke 6:36, Romans 14:13, Colossians 3:14, 1 John 4:7-8, 3 John 1:11 et al)
You already know all these things, Lucy … Now all that remains is for you to humbly listen to the Word of God that already resides in your Heart – to Joy-fully embrace that Holy Spirit within you – and then to courageously go forth and act accordingly!
