Though it’s a good start, LOVE is more than merely walking with your enemy side by side; it’s more than merely refusing to lash out in fear or anger — more than merely turning the other cheek …
No, to be truly transformative of self & others, LOVE goes the extra mile — seeing the enemy’s “meanness” as the cry for help it truly is, and then opening its arms to give that enemy a place to rest its frightened & weary Soul.
