Day 140d: Every walk’s only End … (September 16, 2019)

In any earnest spiritual tradition, the goal of a pilgrimage is not so much to walk a particular route or tread in a certain manner or even reach a sole destination as it is to reawaken within oneself the same holy qualities and the same purer energies embodied by the sacred path; qualities which ultimately lie within our own minds and energies that ultimately rest ever underneath our feet … It makes total sense that the exploration of True Self (or what some might call the Rediscovery of the Soul) can only be enhanced by expeditions & odysseys that nurture both the mind and spirit, those that allow the former to become humbler (and thereby more appreciative) and the latter to become bolder (and thereby more courageously caring).” ~ inspired by Ian baker & Sachin Kumar Puli
