Day 102r: Remembering to forget while Walking … (July 25, 2019)

Pilgrimage is always a wonderful experience, especially when you forget you are walking. Indeed, pilgrims who stride attentively – those who allow themselves to gaze into the Souls of all others when they travel – will not think about or analyze what they see. For them, there is no distinction between the viewer and that witnessed. They experience everything with the totality of truer Self, so that every blade of grass, every mountain, every lake, every bird, every being is equally alive and in fact a part of him or herself. When there is no division between you and the other, this is the ultimate experience of walking – of living – of loving – of being.” ~ inspired by Lao Tsu
