And it was here in Sauvelade, just past the church itself, that I was blessed to meet Jean Marc; a gentle pilgrim who was inspired to ask about my Walk after having seen my smock, a kind pilgrim who said that he had been looking for fellow pilgrims to serve along The Way, and as such offered to pay for my lodging that night (should I be able to make it to the town of Navarrenx, where he was headed for the day) …
