Day 67f: Truth-fully tidy … (June 20, 2019)

I decide to Joy-fully serve this Joy-full place by engaging in a 2+ hour stint of weed-eating (pausing every now & then during the same to see if I could spot Mike & Cindy on the Road). Samuel from Switzerland and Nicole & Mary Jo sauntered in shortly thereafter, and Le Par Chemin’s latest “Pilgrim Family” was fully constellated at that point … A sweet rain begins to fall thereafter, and we all sit in Peace under the hostel’s spacious veranda; soaking up the sounds of our own soft laughter mingled with the sweet fragrance of the freshly bathed jasmine blossoms adorning the gite’s stolid stanchions.

Dinner that evening was just as scrumptious as everything else about this truly sacred place, and we all got a good laugh out of a highly-skeptical Ole finally agreeing to sample the vegan crumble Muriel had made just for me – and then reluctantly admitting (to his amusing surprise) that it was indeed just as delicious as its non-vegan counterpart … 🙂

“The only thing in the world as irresistibly contagious as hearty laughter is heartfelt kindness.”
