Day 063k: LOVE, both lush & arid … (06/16/2019)
One of the things I loved about my Walk was how it peeled back the more superficial layers of life to reveal the LOVE ever underneath. Whether I was walking along paths thickly carpeted by lush moss or traipsing along stony walkways dry and dusty, Love was always there – the soft give of moss underfoot, the warm resting place for weary butterflies, the smiles of passing strangers, the mission for which I walked. Indeed, at any given moment I could pause and look around me – really LOOK – and see both Love on hand being given and, more importantly, my own Love ready to be received … 🙂
