Again, my Friend , this is exactly my point. For you & yours to single out homosexuality itself is bigoted, first & foremost because homosexuality itself is NOT A SIN in the Bible. And for you to single out homosexual lust (what you incorrectly & prejudicially label the “homosexual lifestyle”, as though all homosexuals are somehow lusting more or differently than us straight people) when other lust-based sins are even more prevalent and just as biblically condemned (e.g. especially Leviticus 20:10-12 + Matthew 5:27-28, though also Deuteronomy 22:20-21, Leviticus 20:17 & Leviticus 20:18 et al) is BIGOTRY – period!
In addition, for you & yours to do that singling out while you yourselves remain admitted “sinners” is HYPOCRISY – period; a hypocrisy that Jesus himself despised and against which he openly railed (again, please read Matthew 7:1-5, Matthew 23:25-26, Matthew 18:3-4).
My dear, for you to personally & privately reject the sin of homosexual lust is one thing – for you to publicly & loudly condemn it is quite another. Essentially, my dear, for you to walk The Way of Christ and follow the teachings of Jesus, it is necessary for you & yours to keep your prejudices to yourself – to shut your mouths while opening your Hearts!
