You then note that, “When the Word of Truth is denied, there is no salvation” … Here we actually have another statement with which I wholeheartedly agree, as long as “the Word of Truth” – or better stated, the wordS of TRUTH – are the ones written in RED in your Bible – the words of Christ himself …
And yet reading the words of Christ &/or knowing they are in the Bible is not enough … To reap what they offer, we must actively FOLLOW THEM!!! Consider …
“A new commandment I give to you: that you Love one another. Just as I have Loved, so you also are to Love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples: when you show Love for one another … Be perfect [in LOVE] therefore, just as [the LOVE] of your Father in Heaven is perfect … There is no fear in Love, but perfect Love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in Love.” ~ John 13:34-35 + Matthew 5:48 + 1 John 4:18
“Do not judge, so that you may not be judged … Why do you see the speck in your neighbor’s eye, but do not notice the log in your own? … You hypocrite!
