Page 547 … Leading sinners to Christ
“A Christian will try and lead the sinner to Christ, and that my friend is more then I can say for you. To accept their sin and not try to lead them to salvation (and thereby let them die in their sin) is not following Jesus!”
My dear, inattentive Friend – why do you refuse to listen to what I have been saying to you here for the past four months? And far more importantly than that, why do you still refuse to LISTEN TO WHAT JESUS SAID to you & yours over 2000+ years ago?
“Why do you call me Good; no one is Good but God alone … Very truly, I tell you, whoever believes has eternal life … And whoever believes in me believes not in me, but in the One who sent me … And Whoever believes in me, will DO the works I do … And those will come out — those who have done Good to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil to the resurrection of condemnation … Very truly, I tell you, whoever believes has eternal life … Whoever believes in me, will DO the works I do.” ~ Jesus Christ (Mark 10:18 + John 6:47 + John 12:44 + John 14:12 + John 5:29 + John 6:47 + John 14:12)
“A new Commandment I give to you: that you Love one another. Just as I have Loved, so you also are to Love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples: when you show Love for one another … You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy’, and yet I say to you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may become children of your Father in Heaven. For He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous. For if you merely love those who love you, what reward do you have? … Be perfect [in your Love], therefore, just as your heavenly Father is perfect … For I have set you an example, that you also should do for others exactly as I have done to you … If you understand these things, blessed are you while you DO them.” ~ Jesus Christ (John 13:34-35 + Matthew 5:43-48 + John 13:15-17)
“Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Whoever becomes humble like this young child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.” ~ Jesus Christ (Matthew 18:3-4)
In essence then, my dear one, it is actually impossible to truly FOLLOW JESUS by trying to “lead sinners to salvation”. Indeed, to even attempt to do so is to actually lead them to Paul – and thereby actually away from Christ!
