Page 789 … to Walk in Freedom

“God empowers us to walk in freedom from the bondage of sin” and you quote from Romans 6:4, which reads – “Just as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”

YES, my Friend!  I agree wholeheartedly with this concept (including your additional references to Galatians 2:20 & Galatians 5:24, which respectively state that the Spirit of Christ is alive within us – and that the way to enliven that Spirit is to set aside our desires of the flesh in favor of the Divine Call to serve others).  God does empower us all of us to walk in freedom from sin, and as such I now humbly encourage all of you to repent as well (with “repentance” in the Bible – again –being the Greek word metanoia; meaning to radically alter your way of interacting with others – see Strong’s #3341) – to move away from your currently sinful condemnations of homosexuals and denigrations of homosexuality, and to return instead to living a life in harmony with the Kind & Caring will of Jesus Christ and his all-Loving Father in Heaven!!!

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and first commandment. And a second is just like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” ~ Jesus Christ (Matthew 22:37-40)

Be perfect [in LOVE] therefore, just as [the LOVE] of your Father in Heaven is perfect … There is no fear in Love, but perfect Love casts out fear.  For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in Love.” ~ Matthew 5:48 + 1 John 4:18

Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.” ~ Jesus Christ (Luke 6:36)

“Then Peter came and said to him, ‘Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often should I forgive him? As many as seven times?’  Jesus said to him, ‘Not seven times, but, I tell you, seventy times seven times.’” ~ Matthew 18:21-22*

*Please NOTE that “seventy” in this and other biblical verses represents “everyone” – including homosexuals (see the 70 nations of humanity mentioned in Genesis 10), while the number “seven” – used over 700 times in the Scriptures –  was known to represent “completeness” (i.e. in the case at hand, forgivenesss without judgment of any kind) for the Jews of Jesus’ day!
