the Order of the Day … (05/15/13)

“There seems to be a lot to unlearn. As I watch the world unraveling one country at a time, I remember my youth and the dreams that propelled my idealism. I am happy to report those dreams never died …

I say it is all possible. I say it is not merely a dream.

You have to take it all the way down. You have to do it like you mean it. You have to do it with conviction and courage. You have to do it with kindness and leave your doubts behind … You have to be Peace.

We are committed to this turning. It is not a democratic turn, as the media insists and our government wants us to believe. It is a turning towards peace and a good that is inevitable.

People are resonating with the recognition of what is possible. There is enough for all of us, and surely it is time for peace.

We have allowed the alternative to rule for far too long. This turn requires our conviction. It requires our clarity. We cannot judge one another. Whether you stand with those who call for workers rights, are busy saving seeds, or are trying to reach people with a message of peace – we are all in this together. Supporting one another is the order of the day.” ~ Bill Dupuis
