2011 … Arriving at another Ending

And then, on May 20th of this same year after some 40 days of walking, I indeed arrived in Lighthouse Point, having covered over 900 miles (over 650+ of it on foot). While looking for a place to celebrate with that morning’s sunrise, I passed a gorgeous plumeria tree much like the one pictured — a fitting salute to the end of this most amazing Journey. Then, shortly after the sun had risen, I was picked up by my dear Friend, Bev Buncher and we celebrated the conclusion of my pilgrimage with some blueberry pancakes at a nearby IHOP. I would thereafter spend the next 2 weeks in Pompano Beach with her and her husband Alan, sharing the truth of Radical Kindness with several local community groups …
