I eventually flowed through the now high-heat afternoon to the hamlet of Draper Valley, where an overriding thirst had me stopping off at Estes Express Lines shipping company, where the secretarial staff and the manager on call were all extremely kind to me, letting me rest awhile in their air conditioned office and then giving me three bottle of refrigerated spring water to take with me for The Road …

In community we are called to care for each & every member of the community. We can choose our friends but we cannot choose our brothers and sisters.
