Day 130a: Always UP in the Morning … (September 06, 2019)
I always liked (if not outright loved) rising early and setting out onto The Road in whatever wee hour of the morning I happened to do so. And it didn’t really matter whether the sunrise was majestic or the skies were filled with clouds (heck, it didn’t even matter on many days that it was still pitch black when I started). No, the peace of the early morning was enough on more than most days, and I almost always commenced my walking then with a spring in my step and peace in my heart …
“Sow the seeds of persistent courage and you will reap the fruits of that Success. Find something to do for others – anything greater than yourself – anything truly at all, and then do that thing. Do it for at least a few hours every day and do it with all your love and focus, and your excellence will be inevitable. So show the world you are not here to merely pass through. Leave great footprints of kindness and reckless generosity wherever you happen to pass. And flow humbly & gently wherever you happen to go. Dare to rise above all limitations and dismissals and rejections and ridicule. Eve if you never make it, ever strive to arrive at the top – ever forge forward to be your very best You. Let your Goodness glow wherever you tread and let the light of the Divine shine forth from you to the world around you. Remember that you carry within you the very Light of God and that wherever you purely pass, evil will cower and darkness must flee.” ~ inspired by Israelmore Ayivor
