Day 061y: A lake most limpid; a mirror most Pristine … (06/14/2019)

As mentioned in my previous entry, Nadine (Beduer’s resident spiritual matriarch — pictured below) had already provided me with shelter for the rainy night — giving me private & exclusive access to the town catholic church, the sanctuary of which was completely closed to the public … :O

And as if that act of immense graciousness wasn’t more than enough (Note: It most certainly was), she then went far out of her way to arrange for me to have comfortable bedding, access to a public restroom, and a home-cooked vegan meal as well … :O :O :O

“It is an absolute & unstainable human truth that no one can know his or her own abject Beauty or perceive any sense of his or her own true Worth until the same has been shone upon him via the mirror of another being’s selfless Caring &/or unconditional Love.” ~ inspired by John Joseph Powell

P.S. It bears an open noting that this particular church had “something greater” about it — a warmth of ambience that far transcended the sweepingness of its architecture and far exceeded the radiant beauty of its stained-glass windows … 🙂
