Day 59c: To walk the Right Way … (06/12/2019)
“Walking a spiritual pilgrimage is a direct reflection of living the truly Good Life. On one hand it is true that each of us must determine which path to take and how far to walk — that the proper manner and best speed with which we each walk will be (and indeed should be) completely different from the manner &/or tempo any other pilgrim takes thereafter. On the other hand, in pilgrimage — as with the Good Life — there is only one overarching & primary path. True, there are billions of different ways to walk that single way, and yet its single way ultimately remains. For the pilgrim, of course, this sole route is the general vector that leads to a decidedly sacred destination. For all other livers of the Good & conscious Life, the single way is the one that ever requires its walkers to the fonts of compassion and service, decency and kindness, liberation and forgiveness.” ~ inspired by Edie Sundby
