Day 59a: Starting each day Right … (06/12/2019)
No matter where we are or where we are going or what we have planned, it is always Right & Good to start each day off with a conscious dose of gratitude (mixed with a sincere expression of resolve — an openly professed intention to go forth that particular day to make the world a better place). And so it was this early morning when I entered the church sanctuary in Golinhac proper, lit a candle next to its statue of St. Anthony of Padua (a Franciscan friar known both for his expert knowledge of scripture and his undying devotion to the poor & the sick), and vowed to make my day a powerful one for Peace … 🙂
