Day 52j: I will ever be Walking … (06/05/2019)
“I will be walking under the burning burden of the Sun. I will be walking through the pelting rain and in the wild winds. And yet as I walk the Sun will warm my chilled heart. And in the windy rain the gardens of my faith will flourish. And as I wear out my shoes, so too will all my old ways be worn down. My walking will become an fresh departure, and I shall be walking not so much to the end of the road as to the beginning of myself … The pilgrim treads the path of intentional innocence. He does so to meet himself, to care for others, and to honor his Lord.
