Day 43n: To flow along The River … (05/27/2019)
I soon came upon a large construction site — so large, in fact, that The Way was fully blocked, and detours were marked* for all pilgrims as well as for those travelers more automotively inclined … 😉

*Not yet having experienced the abject horrors of walking alongside U.S. state highways (especially those found in New Jersey and western Virginia), I was on this day somewhat dismayed at how poorly this particular path had been re-routed — with it demanding that more than few highly precarious meters be walked on the thin, grassy shoulders of very busy roadways … :O
