“The door is wide open for homosexuals and lesbians to accept God’s invitation.”

 

Well, you know for whom else the door is wide open, Lucy?  “Sinners” like yourself – “sinners” who continue to judge others without cleansing their own faults (see Matthew 23:25-26) – “sinners” who lord their personal interpretations of the Bible over the lives of others (see Matthew 18:3-4) – “sinners” who claim to Love others while worshiping & adoring a God who they know will allow most of those others to burn for eternity in Hell (see Luke 6:36) – “sinners” who judge the sins of others while hypocritically sinning themselves (see Matthew 7:1-5) – “sinners” who call out (incorrectly, in this case) one subset of people for their sins while giving the rest of the sinning society a pass (see John 8:7) – “sinners” who abandon the all-Loving Father of Jesus Christ for the damning deity of the “apostle” Paul (see Matthew 5:48 + 1 John 4:18)!

 

I really think Jesus was pretty serious about the whole “be humble” thing, Lucy, and I really think your arrogance related to you somehow knowing “how God really is” (and you knowing “what the Bible actually means”, and you knowing “who Jesus truly is”, and you knowing who actually  gets to go to Heaven and who doesn’t) is ironically keeping you from entering “The Kingdom of Heaven” that Jesus is still waiting for you to enter!  Please consider …
