Page 335 … sealed in our Damnation
Next we see you state that Hell has “no escape routes, and no one is powerful enough to rescue anyone out of His hand … Hell offers no means of escape, rescue, or relief — [There is] no way out, ever. The occupants of Hell are sealed in their damnation.”
Though I have already covered this topic in depth in my recent comments above, something new just occurred to me, Lucy, and that something is this: If your God made Hell a prison of awful torment, and if your God made humankind free-willed (& therefore inherently fallible), and if your God therefore knew ahead of time that many billions of His children would indeed “fail the test” and fall from Grace and be forced to go to Hell, and if your God would thereafter not let them out of that horrific place of suffering for any reason whatsoever, then your God is per se and by definition patently EVIL! … And as such I wonder, my dear Friend, why would a Good Woman like yourself be worshipping such an awful deity like that? It frankly makes no sense to me … And can you explain why you have chosen this particular version of God from the Bible, as opposed to the all-Loving and ever-merciful heavenly Father of Jesus Christ? Indeed, can you explain why you have chosen this God at all? … And then thereafter, can you please explain HOW you can sleep at night knowing what you know about Him – how you can sleep knowing that you are actively supporting a God of such blatant immorality & cruel wickedness; knowing – if you are indeed correct – that you will be spending an eternity in Heaven praising His cruelty & His capriciousness?
“Be perfect [in LOVE], just as [the LOVE] of your Father in Heaven is perfect … There is no fear in Love, but perfect Love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not reached perfection in Love … Be merciful, just as your heavenly Father is merciful.” ~ Matthew 5:48 + 1 John 4:18 + Luke 6:36
You then start to close with the ominous, “Friends and family can’t help; God won’t help either. The time for mercy has passed”, and to this I would simply respond by encouraging you (actually, by in-Couraging you) to understand that any “divine mercy” that comes to an end was never truly Divine to begin with … Lucy, you are quite clearly making the Father into your mage, instead of allowing Him to come into your Heart and remake you into His.
“I have swept away your transgressions like a cloud, and your sins like mist;
Return to me, for I have redeemed you.” ~ Isaiah 44:22
