*First of all, once again – as I have stated over & over & over & over again in this very conversation – there is nothing wrong with homosexuality itself, and nowhere in the entire Bible will you find a single verse that says otherwise … You yourself admitted this was so (twice in this very thread – once on the afternoon of June 16th and then again the day following – see pages 118 & 122 herein), and you were quite correct to do so. As such, in the future, please refrain making this blatant misstatement of Scripture … Thank you.
*Secondly, homosexuality cannot be a symptom of a “declining society”, if for no other reason than homosexuality has been prevalent in human societies since the dawn of time (with ancient copies of “The Epic of Gilgamesh” recording the existence of open homosexual relationships as far as back 2100 B.C.) … Homosexuality has endured through many societies that have risen (and it had nothing to do with their rising), and it has endured through many societies that have fallen (and it had nothing to do with their falling). Indeed, modern-day science is finally beginning to support that this is simply an innate fact about human populations – namely, that a sizeable percentage of humanity always has been (and always will be) born homosexual (see the dozen+ studies evidencing the same cited on pages 78-80 herein). As such, we are still left to wonder: How can a just & loving God punish any of His children for living the very way He made them to live & love in the first place?
*Thirdly, homosexuality is prevalent not only in humans, but also in over 1500 other species of animals that God supposedly created that way … Seeing as how animals puportedly do not have the capacity to “sin” in the manner required to “choose to be gay”, how can we explain this scientific fact? Well, one way we can explain it is by setting aside our uncomfortability & our fear and finally admitting that homosexuality is simply a normal and natural occurrence in 5-10% of the human population as well.
