Page 858 … sharing THE Gospel
“I would love to share the Gospel of Jesus with everyone”, and yet you refuse to do so – choosing as you do to share Paul’s “gospel” with them instead! Paul’s “gospel” was focused on Jesus (see 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 & Romans 10:9 et al), and this, directly against the clearly stated wishes of Jesus himself (see Mark 10:18, John 5:41, John 6:15, John 7:16, John 8:50-54, John 12:44 et al) … The Gospel of Jesus, on the other Heart (the fully opened one), was focused on his Way – primarily stating that Heaven was already at hand – right Here & right Now (see Matthew 10:7 + Luke 17:20-21), and that everyone can enter it whenever they wish, as long as they are willing to set aside their self-centered fears & selfish desires in favor of reaching out to actively Care for others (see Matthew 24:12-14 + John 13:34-35); especially those for whom we least wish to care, and especially in those times we least wish to do so (see Matthew 5:39-48 + Matthew 18:21-22). But don’t take this Truth merely from me … Allow the Bible itself prove it to you as well:
“As you go, proclaim the Good News: ‘The Kingdom of Heaven is [already] at hand … And because of the increase of lawlessness, the Love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures [in Love] to the end will be saved. And this Good News of the Kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the world … and then the end will come.” ~ Jesus Christ (Matthew 10:7 + Matthew 24:12-14)
You finally conclude by stating a personal desire to “bask in His glory now and for eternity” so that you can one day “be very busy rejoicing in His majesty and His glory”, and yet you fail to realize that as long as you are looking for any sort of reward or benefit for yourself, you will not be truly Loving anyone else – and that as long as you are not fully & selflessly Loving anyone else, you will not be following The Way of Jesus Christ – and that until you have the humility & the courage to truly follow this Way – his Way, you will not ever receive any of the rewards that he promised!!! … Just sayin’ …
“Whoever does not Love does not know God, for God is Love … Beloved, since God Loved us so much, we also ought to Love one another. No one has ever seen God; and yet if we Love one another, God lives in us, and his Love is perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit … God is Love, and those who abide in Love abide in God, and God abides in them. Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness on the Day of Judgment, because as he is, so are we in this world.
