In these times of misinformation, fear & darkness, here is a Great Truth well worth remembering:
Without exception, war sucks.

This all-day workshop in Delray Beach, Florida — attended by 15 folks, allowed Scaughdt to not only explain the psychological and spiritual principles behind “practical selflessness” (i.e. why gentleness, forgiveness, openness, and other forms of “radical Kindness” actually work), but also allowed the participants to literally experience these Truths via a series of discussions, visualizations, activities and exercises.
