Jesus: “I have set you an example, that you should do for one another as I have done for you … By this others will know that you are my followers: that you show Love to one another … Anyone who loves me will enliven my teachings.” (John 13:15 + John 13:35 + John 14:23)

Paul: “But now, apart from the law, the righteousness of God has been disclosed … through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction, since all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God; they are now justified by his grace as a gift through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a sacrifice of atonement by his blood, effective through faith” (Romans 3:21-25a)
