Question #85: Does your happiness depend on your health?
an Answer: For many, happiness might indeed depend on health. After all “The healthy man has 1000 wishes; the ill man but one” … AND YET I think we are talking about more than mere “happiness” here. I think life is Good — namely, filled with Joy & Meaning — when we are WHOLE, not merely happy.
And to be WHOLE, all that is required is that we choose to actively & selflessly & humbly Care … and that choice depends on absolutely nothing.
