Day 077g: A Soul-filled Serenade … (June 30, 2019)

And so it was that I walked onward, and so it was that I came across a lone accordion player sitting under a tree by the roadside, and so it was that I smiled at him and sat down nearby and allowed him to serenade me while I made I Peace-stone for my fellow pilgrim Berend (pictured in this post’s final image below), and so it was that I exchanged a silent & smile-laden & and all-knowing glance of Oneness with my Appreciation’s resident muse and flowed Joy-fully on my Way, and so it was that I came to a lovely Path-side rest stop on the outskirts of the village of Gamarthe where a number of my most beloved fellow pilgrims were already resting, and so it was that I gave Berend his Peace-stone and showered him and the rest with as much Love as I could muster – and so its was that I then rested awhile alone there after the others had walked onward – and so it was that I was so grateful to be alive in this world; a world so overflowing with opportunities to exude Grace & Goodness – and so it was – and so it was – and so it was …

It is an invariable mark of wisdom to see the miraculous in the common … Knowing this, we can never rightfully sneer at the stars, or mock the dawn, or scoff at the totality of being; and as such should always embrace all those we meet along the way as if they are the long-lost & newly found Soulmates they truly have ever always been.” ~ via Ralph W.
