Day 076j: Wandering through the Mist … (June 29, 2019)

I ended up pausing for a little bit at the top of the trail – enjoying the thick mystery and scintillating beauty of the thick mists dancing over the rocks and gently embracing the grass and lightly bedecking the chapel roof. And while I was reveling in this time of great Peace, I noticed a tiny group of pilgrims walk off into the fog, only to return with light laughter and head down the mountain another way, after realizing that their original direction was errant and contained no path to tread …
